Our mission is to provide our guests with a memorable and unique experience through the taste of quality from Italy, perfected in Geneva, NY. We want to create desserts and a place that makes our customers beam with pride. That does not happen by accident. We are artisans who care about their work and keep tweaking our recipes until we get things right, and then still we try to make them better. We use fresh, local ingredients and make our gelato in our creative kitchen.
